This structure allows Watt2Trade to operate globally while complying with applicable laws in its jurisdiction of formation. Users acknowledge that Watt2Trade’s legal status as a DAO LLC provides a distinct governance and operational framework, which differs from traditional centralized entities.
Users understand and agree that any disputes, data processing, and privacy practices associated with the use of Watt2Trade’s services shall be governed primarily by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, unless otherwise specified by applicable local laws.
